Question 1

What is Ladyboys Gone Wild?

Accepted Answer

A free video site about ladyboy life in Pattaya and the Philippines: dates, nights out, street interviews and the stories behind them.

Question 2

Is it free to watch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every video on this site is free to watch.

Question 3

Who makes the videos?

Accepted Answer

Most are by Poorman, a retiree living in Pattaya who runs The Poorman's Passport Guide on YouTube. The street interviews come from Filipina Oprah.

Question 4

What does "ladyboy" mean?

Accepted Answer

In Thailand, "ladyboy" is the English word most people use for kathoey, meaning trans women. Some women use it with pride and some don't like it, so the respectful move is to use the word she uses for herself. There's more in our katoey guide.

Question 5

Is this a dating or escort site?

Accepted Answer

No. We make videos. We don't arrange dates, introductions or meetings, and we don't take bookings of any kind.

Question 6

Are the people in the videos adults?

Accepted Answer

They have to be. Everyone we feature must be 18 or older. If you think a video breaks that rule, tell us through the Contact page and we'll take it down while we check.

Question 7

Where are the videos filmed?

Accepted Answer

Mostly in Pattaya, Thailand. Some are filmed in the Philippines, including Angeles City.

Question 8

What are the main series?

Accepted Answer

Dating a Ladyboy (lunch dates, beach mornings and nights out in Pattaya), Ladyboy Gangs of Pattaya (Poorman's night-time street series) and our street interviews. All three are on the homepage.

Question 9

Where can I watch more?

Accepted Answer

Full shows from our network are on Hood Box Office. You can also follow Poorman and Filipina Oprah on YouTube.

Question 10

I'm in a video and want it taken down. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Send us a message through the Contact page with the video's title or link. We'll review it and get back to you.
